Day 1: Kampala to Murchison falls national Park
Head off to Murchison Falls National Park starting in Kampala via Bombo road which should take you about 5 hours. On your way, you will see the legendary Luwero triangle, today which has turned out into a small town with a trading center known for its agonizing history of the Baganda massacre. Continue and branch off at Masindi Hotel for lunch. You will pass through Budongo forest and Kaniyo Pabidi. When you reach the park, drive directly to the Top of the falls, such a pretty site for relaxing and adventure.  Dinner and overnight at Sambiya Lodge/ Red Chili/ Paraa Safari Lodge.

Day 2: Game viewing and launch cruise

Have a morning breakfast and go for an early game drive on the North of the Nile. Expect to see various animals such as giraffes, elephants,warthogs, Lions, buffaloes, waterbuck, Jackson’s hartebeest, oribis and baboons browsing in open grasses. Go back to the hotel for a hot lunch and then transfer to the bottom of the falls for the afternoon launch cruise. You will Spot schools of hippos, large crocodiles, small herds of buffalo and many bird species along the water shores. Dinner and overnight at Sambiya Lodge/ Red Chili/ Paraa Safari Lodge.

Day 3: Transfer to Kibale forest national park
On this day, you will have a morning breakfast and depart Murchison falls for Kibale forest national park another major destination for most tourists. Enjoy this scenic drive southwest via Fort Portal where you will stop for lunch. Catch a glimpse of the Toro Kingdom palace, the Royal tombs the mosque, many shops and eating-places but continue to Kibale, just a few kilometers ahead.  Kibale national park has the highest concentration of primates in East Africa including chimps, black and white Colobus monkeys, blue monkeys and baboons. Go for an afternoon primate walk to Kanyanchu river camp, the most popular walk in the park. It highlights a miscellany of flora and fauna within the forest. Dinner and overnight at sleep at Ndali Lodge/ crater safari lodge/ Primates Lodge.

Day 4: Chimpanzee Trekking
Kibale Forest National Park
After morning breakfast, wake up early to track chimps near Kanyanchu. This can take you half a day. There are primates in the area like the golden monkey, L’Hoest monkey, baboons, white and black colobus monkeys, grey cheeked mangabey, red colobus, blue monkeys and pottos. Other animals involve forest elephants unique from the common type, giant forest hogs and a striking tree species. Later take a guided nature walk to Bigodi swamp sanctuary, a good site for birders. The Great Blue Turaco and Papyrus Gonolek can easily be marked among the other bird 137 species. There is also an array of butterfly species. Dine and sleep at Ndali Lodge / Primates Lodge/ Crater Safari Lodge.

Day 5: Transfer to Bwindi impenetrable forest national park
In the morning, have breakfast, check out of the lodge and Connect from Kibale to Bwindi impenetrable national park.  Bwindi is known as a centre for gorillas and therefore a key feature for Uganda’s tourism. Bwindi national park, Mgahinga National Park alongside Rwanda’s Volcanoes Park and Congo’s Virunga Volcanoes are habitats to the only endangered mountain gorillas left in the whole world. Sleep and dine at Gorilla Forest Camp/Gorilla resort/Buhoma community Bandas/ Buhoma Homestead.

Day 6: Gorilla Trekking

Take an early morning breakfast, head to the park office headquarters with packed lunch for an inevitable briefing ready to trek for the gorillas in the thick impenetrable forests. You get to spend an hour with the gorillas after having trekked for about 3-5 hours. If you are not so worn out in the evening, head for a brief nature walk to the Batwa community. Also available are curio shops, drinking joints, a children’s school among others. You can try the other option being Munyanja river trail, where you can see the waterfalls and an array of bird life or the Muzabajiro/ Ruhija trails which offer forest and grassland bird species plus more primates. Return to Gorilla Forest Camp/ Gorilla Resort/ Buhoma community Bandas/ Buhoma Homestead.

Day 7: Return Via kigali
Have a morning breakfast connect to kigali via chanika border in kisoro and connect to your return flight.
