Mgahinga Gorilla National Park is celebrating the birth of a new bay gorilla in Nyakagyezi gorilla family. The new baby was born on 2nd September 2020 and was discovered by park rangers who were checking on the gorillas that morning. Nshuti, the mother of the new baby gorilla was found holding her little one and they were all very fine. Nshuti is locally translated as peaceful in Kinyarwanda language.
